Finished Product

At Abby's insistence I finished them off. I made the filling (and discovered my handheld mixer is godawful loud on the high setting) and attempted to fill the survivors. I used the filling (which perhaps has more mint than it should despite their instructions) to "frost" the remains as sort of a mini-cake. We'll see if anyone is kind/adventurous enough to try either.
