Cricket Crispies
Amy used to teach a survival course for the Raleigh Parks and Rec department. Part of that course involved instruction on eating bugs (what bugs are edible, how to eat them, etc.) When she told us about Cricket Crispies we asked her to make some for the next trip up LeConte.
