Remains Of The Beaman Oak
The Beaman Oak was once the largest white oak in the state of Massachusetts. My many-times great grandfather Gamaliel Beaman (born 1623, died 1707) owned this land long, long ago. The Beaman Oak was cut down about twelve years ago due to illness or infection.
